Product introduction
Ladle refining furnace refers to both the steelmaking furnace heating refining function of the equipment. It is used to refine the molten steel of the primary refining furnace (electric arc furnace, flat furnace, converter), and can adjust the temperature of the steel, process buffer, to meet the important metallurgical equipment for continuous casting, continuous rolling. The ladle furnace is one of the main equipment for refining outside the furnace.

Ladle refractory material requirements
(1) clay bricks. Clay bricks in Al2O3 content is generally between 30% to 50%, mainly used for ladle permanent layer and ladle bottom.
(2)High alumina brick. The Al2O3 content in the brick is between 50% and 80%, mainly used for the working layer of the ladle.
(3)Waxstone brick. The brick is characterized by high SiO2 content. It has better erosion resistance and integrity than clay brick. Commonly used in ladle wall and ladle bottom.
(4) Zircon brick. The Zr2O3 content in the brick is generally between 60% and 65%. Its characteristic is good erosion resistance.
(5)Magnesia carbon brick. The MgO content in the brick is generally around 76%, and the C content is between 15% and 20%. It is characterized by small slag erosion, erosion resistance, good resistance to flaking.
(6) aluminum and magnesium castables. MgO and Al2O3 in the castable react to generate Al-Mg spinel, which improves the resistance to flooding and thermal shock of the lining.
(7) Aluminum-magnesium carbon brick. The brick is developed on the basis of aluminum and magnesium castables ladle lining, long service life.
(8) not burned brick. Currently used for ladle firing brick material. Brick itself has a certain mechanical strength and erosion resistance, easy to construct masonry.
Steel ladle refractory material requirements
(1) high temperature, can withstand high temperature steel for a long time without melting and softening.
(2) resistance to thermal shock, can repeatedly withstand the loading of steel, out without cracking and flaking.
(3) resistant to the erosion of slag, can withstand the erosive effect of slag and slag alkalinity changes on the lining.
(4) has sufficient high temperature mechanical strength, can withstand the stirring and scouring effect of the steel.
(5) The lining has a certain expansion, and under the action of high temperature steel, the lining is in close contact with each other and becomes a whole.
