Product description of high alumina insulation brick
High alumina insulation brick refers to the alumina content of more than 48%, mainly composed of mullite and glass phase or corundum light refractory material. Volume density 0.4 ~ 1.35g/cm3. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used to replace some bauxite clinker. It is used for lining and insulating layer of masonry kiln, and the part free from erosion and scouring of strong high-temperature molten material. When directly in contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350℃. Refers to the alumina content of more than 48%, mainly composed of mullite and glass phase or corundum light refractory material.
