Product introduction of honeycomb ceramic regenerators

Honeycomb ceramic regenerator improves efficiency, saves energy, increases output and improves quality. It is an important and effective measure to deal with energy and environmental problems. They are used in thermal equipment and energy conservation in industrial fields. The pores of the honeycomb ceramic regenerator are square and hexagonal, and the channels of the pores are straight and parallel to each other. This structure reduces the resistance of air passing through and improves the heat exchange efficiency of each channel.

Application of honeycomb ceramic regenerators

Honeycomb ceramic regenerators are characterized by low thermal expansion, high specific heat capacity, high specific surface area, low pressure drop, low thermal resistance, good thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, etc. Therefore, in the metallurgical and chemical industries, it is used as HTAC, and we combine the heat recovery, efficient combustion and reduction of nitrogen oxides. It becomes a real energy saver and reduces nitrogen oxides.
