Product introduction of Calcium aluminate refining slag
There are three kinds of calcium aluminate refining slag produced by Kerui Refractory, which are pre melted calcium aluminate refining slag, sintered calcium aluminate refining slag and composite calcium aluminate refining slag. They have the functions of rapid slagging, submerged arc, slagging, absorption of hot metal mixture and desulfurization. This kind of steel has strong deoxidization and desulfurization, which can reduce the gas and impurities in the steel.

Applications of Calcium aluminate refining slag
These products are selected from various raw materials through sintering or melting to produce minerals mainly composed of 12CaO-7Al2O3 , with the content of more than 85%. A large number of calcified components react with oxygen and sulfur in molten iron to produce products with low melting point and easy floating, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying molten iron. In ladle refining, not only can the steelmaking time be effectively shortened, but also the ability to absorb non-metallic impurities in steel is strong, which plays an important role in purifying steel.
