We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Product description of refractory of cement CA50
The rheological properties of the CA50 are well suited for all types of placement methods, particularly casting and artillery. It is recommended for applications requiring rapid hardening characteristics and excellent mechanical properties.
KERUI CA50 products are produced by sintering process in rotary kiln, and there are three product types A600. A700 and A900.
CA50-A600, A600 products have rapid hardening performance and high hydration heat release rate, and are widely recommended for conventional high cement castables, such as high-performance alkali resistant castables, high aluminum castables and slag retaining balls.
CA50-A700, Compared with A600, A700 has lower impurity content, stable hardening performance and rapid strength development. It is recommended to be mainly used for low cement castables.
CA50-A900, A900 products are produced with high-purity materials. The alumina content of A900 is higher than that of other brands, and the content of impurities and oxides such as SiO2 and Fe203 is lower than that of A600 and A700. Therefore, it is widely recommended for applications requiring stable hardening properties, good working ability and excellent mechanical properties.
