Product introduction of Non-stick aluminum castable
Non-stick aluminum castable is an ultra-low cement content cast iron developed for aluminum and aluminum alloy industry. It is made of silicon carbide, fused corundum and bauxite as main raw materials, and other additives in reasonable proportion.
Features of Non-stick aluminum castable
It has the characteristics of strong integrity, high strength, corrosion resistance, peeling resistance, penetration resistance, good thermal stability, non sticking aluminum, slag free, etc.
Application of Non-stick aluminum castable
Non stick aluminum casting materials can be used for aluminum smelting furnace, holding furnace, aluminum holding furnace, aluminum lifting ladle and other parts contacting aluminum liquid. It is especially suitable for integral pouring of holding furnace in front of casting machine and lining of high-purity aluminum melting equipment.
