Product introduction of magnesia chrome bricks

Magnesia chrome brick for cement kiln. The direct bonded magnesia chrome brick generally refers to the product baked at 1700 ℃ with low impurity chromium mineral and pure magnesium mineral. In most cases, refractory particles are in direct contact.

Features of magnesia chrome bricks

Fire resistance is above 2000 ℃, filler softening temperature is generally above 1550 ℃, high temperature volume stability is good, rapid cooling resistance and heat resistance are good.

Application of magnesia chrome bricks

The production process of ordinary magnesia chrome bricks is simple and the selling price is low. It is widely used in cement kilns at the same speed (Cr2O3 mass fraction rarely exceeds 14%), glass kiln storage rooms, steel kiln linings, refining ladle permanent layers, non-ferrous metallurgical kilns, lime kilns, iron mixed kilns, high-temperature refractory kiln linings, etc.
