Product introduction of magnesia carbon brick
Magnesia carbon bricks are made of high-purity magnesium powder, carbon materials (including graphite), asphalt, tar or resin by adding chemicals, hot mixing, molding, and baking at about 300 ℃ or above 1000 ℃.
Details of magnesia carbon brick
Magnesia carbon bricks are mainly used for refining furnace and ladle, mainly for slag cleaning, slag line and other fields. According to the service conditions, the refractories used should have the characteristics of heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, mechanical slag corrosion resistance, etc. Therefore, in the past, magnesia chrome refractories were used in these parts, but their consumption was reduced due to the environmental pollution of chromium, so magnesia carbon bricks are now used.
