Product introduction of magnesia carbon brick

Magnesia carbon brick to high temperature sintered magnesia sand or electrofused magnesia sand and carbon materials as raw materials, with a variety of carbon bonding agent made of non-fired refractory materials, magnesia carbon brick that maintains the advantages of carbon refractory materials, and at the same time completely changed the previous alkaline refractory materials of poor resistance to flaking, easy to absorb the inherent shortcomings of the slag. In addition, as a non-fired products, compared with the traditional firing magnesia dolomite bricks, magnesia carbon brick production fuel consumption savings of at least 80%.

Magnesia carbon bricks have good high temperature resistance, strong slag resistance, good thermal shock resistance and low creep at high temperature.

Magnesia carbon brick for steel making

  1. Furnace mouth: due to the furnace mouth temperature changes violently, slag and high temperature exhaust gas scouring more quality harm, so the refractory material used for the furnace mouth must have a high resistance to thermal shock and slag resistance.
  2. Furnace cap: furnace cap is subject to slag corrosion more serious parts, so need to use the strong resistance to slag and thermal shock resistance of magnesia carbon brick.
  3. Furnace cylinder and furnace bottom: these parts in the blowing of steel by the violent erosion, but compared with other parts, the damage is generally lighter, can choose low carbon content of magnesium carbon brick.
