1.Product introduction of lime rotary kiln
Lime rotary kiln, also called rotary kiln, is a rotating horizontal cylindrical limestone calcining equipment, mainly composed of preheater, rotary kiln body (preheat zone, upper transition zone, firing zone, lower transition zone, cooling zone), cooler, with advanced structure, which is a kind of kiln type for calcining high active lime. 3.Advantages of lime rotary kiln
- High efficiency and energy saving. The structure of lime rotary kiln is advanced, and the low pressure loss vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect, and the utilization rate of limestone is high.
- Good sealing effect. The combined scale seal at both ends of the lime rotary kiln makes the air leakage coefficient less than 10%.
- Good quality of parts, long life and low investment. Use composite refractory materials to reduce radiation heat loss.
4.Specific configuration requirements of refractories for each part of lime rotary kiln. - Refractories for preheater.
Casting materials are mainly used, mainly including corundum mullite castables, steel fiber reinforced castables, secondary high-strength anchor bricks, etc. - Kiln mouth and kiln tail refractories.
The abrasion resistance of the material here is particularly high, and corundum mullite castables and steel fiber reinforced castables are generally used. - Refractories for transition zone.
This stage requires refractory materials with high temperature and high strength, thermal shock resistance and other properties, the general choice of phosphate bonded high alumina bricks. - Preheating and decomposition belt refractories.

This stage requires refractory materials with high temperature volume stability and thermal shock resistance and other properties. High-alumina high-strength wear-resistant castable refractory, generally with aluminum content above 65%

In addition to refractory brick masonry, there is also a choice of semi-poured form of prefabricated parts masonry lime rotary kiln. - Amount of refractory material
Take a new lime rotary kiln with φ4*60m and 600t/d capacity as an example, the total amount of refractory material needed is about 850-900 tons, and the ratio of refractory bricks to castings is about 1:1.
