Brief introduction of silica brick
Light Weight Silica Brick is made of quartz stone material, the content of SiO2 is approximately 91% and it has good resistance to acid slag and low heat conductivity. SiO2 has different types of crystals under different temperatures and the transforms between the crystals will cause the changes of the structure and density. So there is a close contact between the changes of SiO2 crystals with the performance and usage of silica bricks.

Application of silica brick
Silica Brick is widely used in partition wall of carbonization chamber, burning chamber of coke oven, regenerative chamber of open air furnace for steelmaking, slag bag, bubble pit furnace, glass melting furnace, arch crown and bearing area of other ceramic kilns.
