The refractory clay mortar is based on hard soil wing material and combined with soft clay or chemical binder.
Features of refractory clay mortar
Refractory clay mortar has the characteristics of high fire resistance and strong resistance to glass erosion. It has good usability, strong viscosity, good retention and daubing property, no sediment, and is made of sludge. Various properties are further improved by bonding ceramics at high temperatures. The filling density is high, the water consumption is small, and the accumulation structure is tight.
Applications of refractory clay mortar
Refractory clay mortar is montmorillonite with high fire resistance, strong corrosion to glass, good usability, strong adhesion, good retention and synthesis, and no precipitation. It is combined with ceramics at high temperature to further improve all properties. Due to the high filling density and low water consumption, the bricks are compressed.
