Product introduction of high chromium bricks
The high chromium brick is made of chromium oxide and aluminum oxide as the main raw materials, or a small amount of zirconia is introduced. It is fired at high temperature. Shaped refractory products with chromium oxide content not less than 75% and chromium oxide and aluminum oxide content not less than 98%. High chromium bricks have excellent corrosion resistance, high compressive strength at room temperature, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and good thermal shock resistance.
Applications of high chromium bricks
High chromium bricks (Cr2O3 ≥ 90%) are mainly used in key parts of coal chemical industry, chemical industry kilns, alkali free glass fiber kilns, garbage incinerators, gasifiers and other kilns. Chromium corundum bricks are mainly used for the lining of carbon black furnace, copper smelting furnace, glass furnace bath, steel rolling furnace chute and steel unloading platform.
