Product introduction of high aluminum refractory ball

High alumina refractory ball brick is made of alumina refractory ball as the main raw material of heat insulation refractory products. The Al2O3 content of alumina hollow brick is not less than 98%, the SiO2 content is not more than 0.5%, the Fe2O3 content is not more than 0.2%, the volume density is 3-1.4g/cm3, the apparent porosity is 60%-70%, the compressive strength is not less than 9.8MPa, the load (0.2MPa) softening temperature is not less than 1700℃, The thermal conductivity is 0.7-0.8W/ (m·K). It is mainly used as the lining of high temperature industrial kiln and the insulation layer of high temperature thermal equipment below 1800℃.

Features of high aluminum refractory ball

  1. High operating temperature:
    Can reach more than 1750 degrees, good thermal stability. Reburn wire change rate is small, use longer.
  2. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace:
    Now the high temperature resistant materials belong to the heavy brick volume density of 2.6-3.0g/cm, and alumina hollow brick only 1.1~1.5g/cm, the same cubic meter volume, the use of alumina hollow brick can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons.
  3. Save materials:
    To achieve the same use temperature, such as the use of heavy brick and alumina hollow brick price is comparable, but also need considerable insulation layer refractory. If the use of alumina hollow brick, per cubic meter can save 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy brick usage, but also can save 80% of the fire insulation materials.
  4. Save Energy:
    Alumina hollow ball has obvious thermal insulation characteristics, low thermal conductivity, can play a good thermal insulation effect, reduce heat emission, improve thermal efficiency, so as to save energy. The energy saving effect can reach more than 30%.
