The main materials of high alumina refractory balls are industrial alumina and refractory kaolin, which are prepared by scientific formulation, molding and high temperature calcination. Its maximum fire resistance can reach 1900 ℃. It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, long service life, good chemical stability and high temperature resistance.
Application of high alumina refractory fire ball
Fire resistant balls include ordinary fire resistant balls and high alumina fire resistant balls. Common fire resistant ball is applicable to converter and material changer in sulfuric acid and fertilizer industry. High aluminum refractory ball is applicable to hot blast stove, heating converter and other equipment in urea and steel industry.
