At 13:00 on December 7th, Chen Chunmei, Party Secretary of Xinmi, and Cheng Yang, mayor of Xinmi, led the main government leaders of Xinmi to visit Kerui Refractory Material Company and give guidance to the construction project of refractory production line with annual output of 60,000 tons of our company. Liu Genwang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chaohua Town, and Wei Yuehui, general manager of Kerui Refractory Material Company, accompanied them all the way.
Secretary Chen and other leaders went into each workshop to get an in-depth understanding of the project construction. Through on-site inspection, they had in-depth communication with the person in charge to get a detailed understanding of the company’s project design scheme, product capacity, quality control and other details. Secretary Chen and other leaders affirmed the operation mode of elaborate design, fine management and precise control of our company’s projects, and put forward higher requirements for the next step.
The transformation and upgrading of this new project will set standards for the standard green factory. It is planned to invest 80 million yuan to comprehensively upgrade the original production system and plant equipment of the company. At present, the company has invested about 60 million yuan to complete the first phase of upgrading, which is mainly to dismantle the original tunnel kiln with high energy consumption, build a new energy-saving high-temperature tunnel kiln, and build a new standardized workshop and office facilities of about 13,000 square meters.
At the same time, the company upgraded the original batching system, built a new intelligent control automatic batching building, added 10 CNC press equipment, and set up a “digital production centralized control center”. After this upgrade, greatly improve the company’s automatic production level. The company plans to invest another 20 million yuan in 2023 to upgrade the energy-saving production line of No.2 tunnel kiln. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the total production capacity of refractory products can reach 100,000 tons per year.
