Product description of silicon brick
Silicon brick belongs to acid refractory material, silica content is more than 94%, the true density of 2.38g/cm3. With acid slag erosion resistance, high high temperature strength, load softening starting temperature 1620 ~ 1670℃, long-term use at high temperature without deformation. Generally there is no crystal transformation above 600℃. Small coefficient of temperature expansion.

Details of silicon brick
The mineral phase composition of silicon brick is mainly squamous quartz and quartzite, and a little quartz and glassy. The volume of squamous quartz, quartzite and residual quartz varies greatly due to the change of crystal type at low temperature, so the thermal stability of silicon brick at low temperature is very poor. In the process of use, under 800℃ to slowly heating and cooling, so as not to crack. Therefore, it should not be used in the kiln with temperature changes below 800℃.
