Brief introduction of high alumina insulating brick
High alumina thermal insulation firebrick refers to the thermal insulation refractory products made of bauxite as the main raw material with Al2O3 content not less than 48%. High alumina heat insulation refractory brick, mainly using bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw material, mixed with binder and sawdust, in order to improve product performance, add industrial alumina, corundum, sillimanite, blue stone, silica fine powder, can be prepared volume density of 0.4g/cm3 or more products. Al2O3 content and volume density are different, the highest use temperature is different, usually in 1250-1350℃, some can reach 1550℃.
