Product introduction of high alumina bricks
High alumina bricks refer to aluminosilicate refractory bricks containing more than 65% of Al₂O₃. They are pressed and calcined according to different grades of bauxite clinker, quality requirements and used binders.
Features of high alumina bricks
High alumina brick has the characteristics of high fire resistance, good acid and alkali resistance, high metal liquid corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, high load softening temperature, strong thermal shock resistance and redox reactivity. In addition to ordinary high alumina bricks, high alumina bricks for cement kilns have other requirements, including wear resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, etc.
Application of high alumina bricks
High alumina refractory bricks are mainly used in the firing zone, transition zone and cooling zone of traditional cement kilns; Calciner, grate cooler and kiln door cover of new dry process kiln; Front and rear kiln openings, upper and lower transition zones, decomposition zones and pre heating zones of rotary kiln.
