Product description of Ceramic fiber rope
Ceramic fiber rope contains 15% organic carrier, which helps to form the physical form of the product burned at approximately 750°F (400°C). The ropes are woven from layers of ceramic fibers. The standard 3-ply twisted rope is relatively soft and low density, making it the most economical option. HD 9-ply stranded rope provides higher compressive strength and strength, with a much higher density than 3-ply stranded rope (about 50% density).

Ceramic fiber rope is used in many fields, including furnace door sealing or caulking of furnace and boiler, expansion joint, cable or pipe wrapping, high temperature sealing or gasket. These products are widely used in welding, foundry, aluminum and steel plants, boiler insulation and sealing, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.
