We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Product introduction of corundum bricks
Corundum refractory bricks are refractory products containing 90% Al2O3, and corundum is the main crystalline phase. The working temperature of corundum brick reaches 1800 ℃.
Advantages of corundum bricks
- The cold compression strength is high, reaching 340MPa.
- Good chemical stability.
- The initial fire resistance under load is high, exceeding 1700 ℃.
- It has strong acid and alkali resistance.
- It has strong resistance to metal, good melting and glass corrosion.
Application of corundum bricks
Corundum refractory bricks are mainly used in the hot spots of industrial kilns that need high temperature and wear-resistant equipment, such as slide rail bricks of metallurgical furnaces, tapping grooves of walking heating furnaces, lining of garbage incinerators, and lining of kilns in petrochemical industries.
