Product introduction of fire clay insulation brick

Light weight clay insulation brick is made of fire clay materials and the content of alumina in it is 35%-48%. It is manufactured by grinding and mixing the crushed combined clay and levigated clinker, confecting with particle clinker into medium dry pug, high pressure molding, and firing under the temperature of 1200℃-1400℃. 

Performance Characters of fire clay insulation brick

The heat storage loss of industrial furnace masonry and heat dissipation loss of furnace body surface generally account for 24-45% of fuel consumption. Using light bricks with low thermal conductivity and small heat capacity as furnace structure materials can save fuel consumption.
At the same time, because the kiln can quickly rise and drop the temperature, the production efficiency of the equipment can be improved; It can also reduce the furnace body weight, simplify the furnace body structure, improve the product quality, reduce the ambient temperature and improve the working conditions.

Application of fire clay insulation brick

Light refractory clay bricks are cheap, but have good thermal vibration stability and heat preservation. They are mainly used in thermal boilers, glass kilns, cement kilns, chemical fertilizer gas furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, coke ovens, electric furnaces, castings, etc.
