Product description of Ceramic fiber rope
Ceramic fiber ropes contain 15% organic carriers, which help to establish the physical formation of products that burn at approximately 750 ° F (400 ° C). These ropes are made by weaving multiple layers of ceramic fibers together. The standard 3-layer twisted rope is relatively soft and low density, which is the most economical choice. HD 9-layer stranded rope provides higher compression resistance and strength, and its density is much higher than 3-layer stranded rope (about 50% density).
Both ropes are also covered with chrome nickel wire mesh, which greatly increases the resistance to mechanical abuse.
