Ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory lining product introduced to simplify and speed up furnace construction and improve the integrity of furnace lining. It has good fire resistance and heat insulation effect, improves the integrity of furnace fire resistance and heat insulation, and promotes the progress of furnace masonry technology. The classification temperature is 1050-1400 ℃.
Advantages of Ceramic fiber module
After the furnace lining is completed, the expansion of ceramic fiber module makes the furnace lining without gap, and can compensate the shrinkage of the fiber lining, so as to improve the thermal insulation performance of the fiber lining, the overall performance is good; Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance; The ceramic fiber module is installed quickly, and the anchor parts are set on the cold side of the wall lining, which can reduce the material requirements of the anchor parts.
