Brief introduction of Ceramic fiber module
Ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory lining product, which can simplify and speed up the construction of furnace and improve the integrity of furnace lining. The product is white in color, regular in size, and can be directly fixed on the steel plate anchor nails in the industrial furnace shell. Classification temperature. 1050-1400℃.
Advantages of Ceramic fiber module
- Excellent chemical stability.
- Good thermal stability.
- Excellent elasticity. When the ceramic fiber module is under preloading, after the lining is completed, the expansion of the ceramic fiber module makes the lining seamless, compensates the shrinkage of the fiber lining, and improves the thermal insulation performance of the fiber lining. The overall performance is good.
- Ceramic fiber modules can be installed quickly. The anchor bolts are set on the cold side of the wall lining, which can reduce the material requirements of the anchor bolts.
