We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Brief introduction of Ceramic fiber cotton
Ceramic fiber cotton is produced by melting high purity clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, chrome quartz sand and other raw materials into a high temperature industrial electric furnace to form a fluid. Then it is blown with compressed air or shaken in fiber with a shaker machine, and is collected from a cotton binder to form the ceramic fiber cotton. Fiber wool can be further processed into fiber blankets, panels, paper, fabric, rope and other products.
Features of Ceramic fiber cotton
Ceramic fiber cotton is a highly efficient insulating material with characteristics such as lightness, high strength, oxidation resistance, low thermal conductivity, flexibility, corrosion resistance, small thermal capacity and sound insulation.
Applications of Ceramic fiber cotton
- Thermal insulation of thermal reactors
- Thermal insulation and refractory insulation for industrial furnaces, boiler coatings and supports
- Thermal insulation and thermal insulation for steam and gas engines and other thermotechnical equipment
- Flexible insulation for high temperature pipes; high temperature seals; High temperature filtration.
