Product description of ceramic fiber blanket
Ceramic fiber blanket is made of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament through special double-sided needle process. The double-sided needle punching process greatly improves the interweaving degree, delamination strength, tensile strength and surface smoothness of fibers. The blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturing capacity and stability under high and low temperature conditions.
Features of ceramic fiber blanket
White, regular size, combined with fire protection, thermal insulation and insulation. Adhesive free. The good tensile strength, toughness and structure of the fiber are maintained in neutral and oxidizing atmosphere for a long time. The temperature resistance is 950-1400 ° C.
Application of ceramic fiber blanket
The scope of ceramic fiber blanket: high-temperature thermal insulation in aerospace, steel and petrochemical industries; Military equipment; Fire isolation; Industrial furnace thermal insulation; wall coating of heating device; thermal insulation gasket; High temperature thermal insulation equipment; High temperature pipeline; Thermal insulation; Electrical components; Fire insulation; High temperature gasket; Raw materials of modules and folding blocks.
