We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Product introduction of corundum bricks
Corundum brick is a refractory product with alumina content more than 90%, and its crystalline phase is mainly corundum. The strength at room temperature is very high (up to 340MPa). The initial softening temperature is high (above 1700 ° C). It has good chemical stability and strong resistance to acid and alkali slag, metal and liquid glass.
Features of corundum bricks
The thermal shock stability is related to the structure. Compact products have good corrosion resistance, but poor thermal shock stability.
Application of corundum bricks
Corundum bricks are mainly used in cast iron blast furnaces and hot stoves, steel refining furnaces, sliding water tanks, glass smelting furnaces and petrochemical industrial furnaces.
More relevant refractory products: High alumina refractory ball
