We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Product description of AZS Ramming Mass
AZS ramming mass is made by crushing the fused brick according to a certain particle level ratio. It is mainly used as the lining (also known as the sealing layer) under the fused cast zirconium corundum bottom paving brick (75~120m).
Features of AZS Ramming Mass
- When the temperature is below 800℃, the expansion increases regularly according to the coefficient less than the expansion coefficient of AZS electrosoluble material, which has little relation with the load.
- From 800℃ to 1200℃, glass phase exudation increases to 1200℃, resulting in the following effects:
A. In this temperature region, the electric melting AZS ramming material has good plasticity;
B. Fused cast zirconium corundum (ZRO 232% grade) paving bricks and fused AZS ramming materials both contain about 20% glass phase, and they can adhere to each other well. - 1200℃~1300℃, when it exceeds 1200℃, the glass phase begins to transform into mullite, the plasticity weakens, and the material begins to change into ceramic body until the whole bottom of the pool is burned into a closed and unbreakable whole. As can be seen from the above, the key of electric melting AZS ramming material is made by crushing the original brick, containing about 20% glass phase. The existence of glass phase in the fused AZS ramming material makes it become a strain material after more than 800℃. The plasticity and adhesion of the material in the temperature range of 800~1300℃ are conducive to the sealing of the joint under some conditions with weak displacement, and the formation of a reliable intermediate interval layer between the fused cast zirconium corununite paving bricks containing the same glass phase.
