Brief introduction of high alumina insulation brick
High alumina insulation brick is also known as light weight alumina insulating brick. It is a new type of light weight insulating material which contains approximately 48% alumina, mullite and glass phase or corundum.
Performance Characters of high alumina insulation brick
High alumina insulation brick has the characteristics of high temperature strength, corrosion resistance to various atmospheric environments, good thermal shock stability, good heat insulation, and significant energy saving effect.
Application of high alumina insulation brick
It is used to build furnace lining and insulation layer, as well as the parts where strong high temperature melts have no erosion or scouring effect. When directly exposed to flame, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350 ℃.
