Product introduction of high alumina insulating brick

High alumina insulating refractory bricks refer to insulating refractory products with alumina content of more than 48%, which are made of bauxite as the main raw material. High alumina insulating refractory bricks are mainly made of bauxite clinker and clay raw materials to produce mixed binders and sawn timber. In order to improve product performance, industrial alumina, corundum, sillimanite, kyanite and silica fine powder are added, and the bulk density of products can be more than 0.4g/cm3. The content and bulk density of alumina are different, and the service temperature is the highest, generally 1250-1350 ℃, sometimes up to 1550 ℃.

Applications of high alumina insulating brick

High alumina insulating bricks are widely used in the lining of hot air furnaces, glass crucibles, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, shuttle kilns, pusher kilns and other industries such as iron and steel, daily ceramics, dry ceramics, glass, refractory, petrochemical, etc., with good thermal insulation performance.
