We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.
Brief introduction of high Alumina Anchoring Brick
The alumina content of high alumina anchor bricks is more than 55%, and the alumina content of high-quality anchor bricks can reach 75%. The softening temperature of the load of these bricks reaches 1550°C, which is an excellent refractory brick product.
Features of high Alumina Anchoring Brick
Resistance to high temperatures
High compressive strength
Good thermal stability
Details of high alumina anchoring brick
- The arrangement of anchor bricks shall be determined according to the range and frequency of temperature changes and the size of the area of the straight wall, and as a rule shall not be less than 6 bricks/m2.
- Anchor bricks must be carefully checked before masonry. Anchorage bricks with cracks at anchor holes which compromise the overall strength of the anchorage bricks shall not be used and shall be discarded decisively.
- When the masonry is close to the location of the anchor brick, it is necessary to determine in advance the exact location of the anchor brick, thoroughly clean the welding part of the metal shell with a steel wire brush, and use the welding bar to securely weld the anchor pipe.
- After the anchor hook the brick masonry is inserted, while the refractory fiber felt is used to fill the empty connection and plug firmly, in order to form some protection for the anchor pieces.
