High Fire Resistance Magnesia Brick

refractory manufacturer

We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.

Product introduction of magnesia brick

The main crystalline phase of magnesite brick is magnesite, which has the typical characteristics of refractory products, usually alkaline, but has poor heat resistance. There are burnt magnesia bricks and unburned magnesia bricks. The sintered magnesia bricks are divided into silicate bonded magnesia bricks, direct bonded magnesia bricks and re bonded magnesia bricks. Unburned magnesia bricks are divided into chemical bonded magnesia bricks and asphalt bonded magnesia bricks.

Features of magnesia brick

Magnesia bricks are characterized by high refractories, good alkali slag resistance, high starting softening temperature and poor thermal shock resistance. The sintered magnesia bricks are made of magnesia bricks. After crushing, batching, mixing and shaping, it will burn at 1550~1600 ℃. The baking temperature of high-purity products exceeds 1750 ° F. Unplaced magnesia bricks are made by mixing, shaping and drying magnesia with appropriate chemical binder.

Application of maganesia brick

Maganesia brick is mainly used for steel making alkali electric furnace, furnace bottom and wall, oxygen converter permanent lining, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, high-temperature tunnel kiln, calcined magnesia brick and cement rotary kiln lining, furnace bottom and heating furnace wall, glass furnace storage lattice brick, etc.
