Alumina bubble brick, is made of alumina hollow ball and alumina powder as the main raw materials, combined with other binders, after 1750 degrees of high temperature firing. It is a kind of energy-saving insulation material of ultra-high temperature material.
Features of alumina bubble bricks
- High operating temperature:
Can reach more than 1750 degrees, good thermal stability. Reburn wire change rate is small, use longer. - Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace:
Now the high temperature resistant materials belong to the heavy brick volume density of 2.6-3.0g/cm, and alumina hollow brick only 1.1~1.5g/cm, the same cubic meter volume, the use of alumina hollow brick can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons. - Save materials:
To achieve the same use temperature, such as the use of heavy brick and alumina hollow brick price is comparable, but also need considerable insulation layer refractory. If the use of alumina hollow brick, per cubic meter can save 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy brick usage, but also can save 80% of the fire insulation materials. - Save Energy:
