Product introduction of silicon insulation brick
Silicon insulation brick is mainly used for heat insulation or reduce weight without direct contact with the molten material, not erosive gas action, do not suffer from temperature changes in various parts of the kiln. Use at high temperature, can not contact with alkaline refractory materials. According to the different material, its maximum use temperature in 1200 ~ 1550℃.

Details of silicon insulation brick
Lightweight silicon bricks are made in a similar way to lightweight clay bricks. Grinding ordinary silica to less than 1mm, adding anthracite ash less than 10% (particle size less than 0.2 ~ 1mm) or coal char 30% ~ 45%, and then adding a small amount of lime or gypsum and pulp waste liquid, forming, drying at 1270 ~ 1300℃ firing. The volume density of light silicon brick is 0.9 ~ 1.1g/cm3. The thermal conductivity is only half that of ordinary silicon bricks. Thermal shock resistance is also good. The load softening starting temperature can reach 1600℃, much higher than light clay brick. Therefore, the maximum using temperature of light silicon brick can reach 1550℃. It does not shrink at high temperature and even expands a little.
