Product description of alumina silicon carbide brick
Alumina silicon carbide brick is a new type of firebrick composed of two parts: working layer and heat insulation layer. Made by special sintering process, the working layer of alumina silicon carbide brick has strong wear resistance, high erosion resistance and strong spalling resistance. Heat insulation layer has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, can achieve the dual functions of reducing carcass temperature, energy saving and consumption, can greatly extend the life of rotary kiln, is the new dry cement kiln cooling zone, transition zone of the ideal lining material.
Features of alumina silicon carbide brick
The structure of alumina silicon carbide brick products leads to high density, the volume density is generally 2.7~3.0g/cm³. Its density, strength and wear resistance performance is excellent, high softening temperature under load, high temperature performance. The softening temperature of silicon brick under load is above 1450℃, and the highest temperature is above 1650℃.
Application of alumina silicon carbide brick
In addition to the application of cement kiln, aluminum silicon carbide brick is also suitable for high temperature, wear resistance and thermal shock temperature comprehensive requirements of the kiln, such as particle steel rotary kiln, magnesite incinerator, sintering mullite rotary kiln.
