Good Quality High Alumina Mullite Brick

refractory manufacturer

We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.

Product description of mullite brick

Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, up to 1790℃ or more. Load softening start temperature 1600~1700℃. Normal temperature compressive strength 70~260MPa. good thermal shock resistance. There are two kinds of sintered mullite bricks and electrofused mullite bricks. Sintered mullite bricks are made of high alumina clinker as the main raw material, with a small amount of clay or raw bauxite as binding agent, and are formed and fired.

Features of mullite brick

Corundum-mullite bricks are refractory products made of high purity or purer raw materials. It has good high temperature strength, high temperature creep resistance, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance.

Details of mullite bricks

Some characteristics of mullite bricks will affect the quality of the product, for example, the ratio of mullite particles to fine powder and other raw materials, whether according to the requirements, the bulk density of mullite brick embryos and the melting and sintering of mullite bricks, alumina content, mullite phase, whether the physical and chemical index of mullite meets the requirements of producing mullite bricks, the refractory temperature of mullite and the load softening temperature, whether the melting and sintering methods are strictly in accordance with the requirements of producing mullite bricks, etc.
