Product description of corundum mullite brick
Corundum mullite brick is made of fused white corundum sand and aluminum oxide powder as main raw materials, mechanically mixed, shaped under high pressure, and fired at high temperature. The product has compact structure, high high temperature strength, strong chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and strong stability.
Advantages of corundum mullite brick
- Corundum mullite brick has high temperature resistance and high load softening temperature, up to 1700 ℃.
- It is resistant to chemical attack and has strong resistance to acid solution or slag. Good thermal stability, stable volume under high temperature, not easy to expand or contract.
- Good thermal shock resistance, 1100 ℃ water cooling ≥ 30 times, and resistance to rapid cooling and heat, not easy to peel off. 4. It has high compressive strength at room temperature, ≥ 85Mpa, and is not easy to wear during handling or unloading.
