Product introduction of semi-silica brick
Semi silica brick is a kind of quartz clay brick, which is an aluminosilicate refractory product with alumina content of 15-30%. It is generally made of refractory clay containing quartz sand, chlorite clay or kaolin tailings as raw materials. The fire resistance is 1670 ℃, and the load softening point is not lower than 1250 ℃. Semi silica brick has better resistance to rapid cooling and heating than silica brick, and its volume stability is also better than silica brick.
Application of semi-silica brick
Semi-silica brick is mainly used for lining of steel barrel and refractory layer of molten steel pouring system. In addition, it can also be used for hot furnace roof, regenerator grid brick, iron furnace lining, furnace bottom and flue of various kilns, etc.
