Product introduction of Silica bricks
Coke oven is a complex, long-term continuous use of thermal equipment. The purpose is to heat the coal to 950-1050 ℃ for dry distillation under the condition of air isolation, so as to obtain coke and other by-products. Silicon brick has become the main refractory of coke oven due to its good thermal conductivity, high load softening temperature, good high temperature mechanical strength, stable high temperature volume change, fire resistance, small residual expansion, strong acid slag corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
Silicon bricks for coke oven are used for all main parts of coke oven: regenerator wall, ramp, carbonization chamber bottom, furnace wall and furnace top.
