Brief of introduction of fused corundum bricks
Fused corundum bricks are made by melting alumina in an electric arc furnace and casting it into a specified mold of a specific shape. Through annealing and heat preservation, and then processing with diamond abrasive, the required products can be obtained. According to the different crystalline forms and quantities of alumina, the products can be divided into three types.

Introduction of Fused α corundum bricks
melt α Corundum brick is a kind of α- Advanced melting and casting refractory with alumina as the main crystal phase. It is characterized by compact structure, strong corrosion resistance, high fire resistance, high structural strength at high temperature and good chemical stability at high temperature.
It is an ideal material for glass kiln and metallurgical titanium furnace in low temperature zone. It is mainly used for the cooling pool and upper structure of glass furnace, nonferrous metal smelting furnace and high-temperature tunnel kiln.
Introduction of Fused α-β corundum bricks
Fused α-β Corundum bricks, as high-grade electric melting refractory, are commonly used in light industry, building materials, electronics and other glass furnaces. It has better performance than other materials in terms of resistance to corrosion, foaming and stones of liquid glass, especially its crystal structure has almost no pollution to liquid glass. Therefore, it is the preferred refractory for glass forming parts of glass kiln, such as clarification section, working pool, flow channel and feeding channel.
Introduction of Fused β corundum bricks
Fused β- Corundum bricks are characterized by high temperature resistance, high alkali resistance and good thermal shock stability. β- Corundum brick is made of 100% β- Aluminum oxide is composed of aluminum oxide, which has strong peeling resistance, especially strong corrosion resistance to strong alkali vapor, and there is almost no glass phase, which does not pollute the glass melt. It is a new type of refractory. It can be used in the superstructure with less glass material loss, and its excellent characteristics can be fully exerted.
