Product introduction of steel fiber refractory castable
Steel fiber refractory castable is made of dense bauxite as the main raw material, pure calcium aluminate cement as the binder, and appropriate addition of some silicon carbide, silicon powder, expansion agent and additives.
Steel fiber refractory castable is a castable composed of fireproof aggregate, binder, additive and fireproof steel fiber of certain specification (length: 20-35mm, sectional area: 0.13-0.2cm2).
Features of steel fiber refractory castable
It can inhibit the shrinkage of castable during maintenance, drying and service.
It improves toughness, mechanical impact resistance and mechanical strength.
Better thermal shock resistance.
It can prevent microcracks generated under thermal and mechanical stress from extending, leading to fracture and spalling.
Application of steel fiber refractory castable
Steel fiber refractory castable is mainly used in the building materials industry and other industrial furnace parts that need good peeling resistance and impact resistance, such as the kiln hole of the cement rotary kiln, the heat-resistant steel chain belt of the wet rotary kiln, the cooler of the cement kiln, the coal injection pipe, etc.
