Brief introduction of refractory cement CA70
High purity calcium aluminate cement CA70 only contains calcium aluminate.
The high calcium aluminate content provides ideal properties and is suitable for refractory applications that require rapid hardening and have excellent mechanical resistance and high temperature properties. Therefore, they are widely recommended for high performance refractories, such as low cement and ultra-low cement castables.
The 70%alumina cements of KERUI are represented by three product types,CA70,CA70W and CA70S.
” CA70 and CA70W do not contain any additives and a -Al2O3. “
Brief introduction of refractory cement CA70
CA70 has moderate setting time and hardening performance, so it shows excellent additive compatibility and tolerance to dosage in all types of flocculating systems, ensuring flexibility in optimizing formulation. It is recommended for high performance refractory materials, such as low cement, ultra-low cement, gravity flow castable and wet shotcrete products. Moreover, its rheological properties are very suitable for all types of pouring methods, especially pouring and spraying.
Brief introduction of refractory cement CA70W
CA70W has short solidification time and high early strength, so it is suitable for use in low temperature environment, especially in winter and other emergency occasions, such as rapid installation or emergency maintenance.
Brief introduction of refractory cement CA70S
CA70S is a specially formulated calcium aluminate cement with good fluidity and long working time. The castable made of this product has good working ability and excellent mechanical strength, and is very suitable for high temperature environment or hot summer.
Notes: refractory cement = high alumina cement = Calcium aluminate cement
